After nearly twenty years spent leading international Research Functions in the Executive Search industry, my wealth of relevant and cross-border Search experience allows me to specialise in Senior Management/Board Level roles across a wide range of industry sectors.
Following the first three years of my professional career spent in the United States, I returned to the UK to work with major telecommunications and IT companies in a training capacity. I subsequently was attracted into Executive Search, over time covering a wide range of sectors including FMCG, Management Consulting, IT/Telco, Pharma and Financial Services – working internationally primarily for Fortune500 and FTSE100 corporates. A major part of my remit was also the development and training of internationally-based research teams.
In 2002 I joined Tessaro as Research Partner.
A trained fitness instructor, I coach stressed professionals on healthy nutrition and how to achieve a healthy work/life balance. I believe in committing oneself to maintaining a healthy body, mind and spirit, which results in overall wellbeing and a positive mental attitude. Helping others to achieve this goal truly motivates me. I am also a trained jazz and gospel singer.
I live in London with my husband Matteo.
